In 1968 Cromwell Sno-Gophers was the first snowmobile club organized in Carlton County to bring together those persons who were interested in snowmobiling, in order to further and promote the sport and sportsman like conduct of those interested in the sport.
Today we have more that 50 active members and encourage more to join to ensure the future of snowmobiling.
We also believe that the future of snowmobiling greatly depends on our youth and hold snowmobile safety classes each year.
We have more than 121 miles of beautifully maintained and groomed trails. Largely, because of our working friendships with property owners and dedicated groomer operators.
As times change so did the club. We still believe in the strong commitment to the community, the people and the sport. We are always looking for new active members willing to commit some time to work on trails and participate in club activities.
We need to band together to insure you and your family can continue to enjoy snowmobiling now and in the future.
